Reader Study🧑‍⚕️👩‍⚕️¶

The PANORAMA: Reader Study will be the first large-scale reader study to establish the clinical baseline performance of radiologists at PDAC detection on CECT scans. The reader study will include 40+ international readers from different ranges of expertise with pancreatic cancer who will evaluate a subset of 400 cases in the hidden testing cohort. The reader study will be two-fold:¶

1. Readers give a discrete diagnosis with an additional PDAC likelihood score between 0 and 1 for each scan in the data set.
2. As a secondary task, readers provide a point annotation of the lesion location in the PDAC cases.
